Christmas ‘07 to Easter 08′

Posted in Willow's World at 9:16 pm by Scott Warris

Time’s been a-flying, we can’t believe it’s almost April already. As usual we have all been busy here at Crowsnest Pass with Mom my and Daddy getting our new home finished up. Who knows, we just may be moved in by summer!
Meanwhile, I have kept myself busy with lots of visiting and spending the odd day with my daycare friends. Here’s some of the highlights of the past 4 months. Hope to hear from you soon!

Making our own wrapping paper.

Helping elf Tammie.

Emptying the stockings.

From my friends Joe and Trish. That’s them on the camels!

My new favourite book. Trish gave it to me- she said it is her favourite as well.

My new red party dress from Aunt Vita and Uncle Tim.

The packaging is always the best part.

Back to work after the holidays. We start out the new year building a garbage bin. Daddy helped me out a bit with the finishing.

Our first snowman of the year.

Practicing my do.

Helping out with some cherry laminating in the shop.

Little Miss Potato Head.

Exploring our first big snow of the year.

All this is exploring can make a person cold. Time for hot chocolate!

There’s a sleigh under me there somewhere.

There was enough snow on the laneway for Daddy to ski on it.

Going to take me a while to eat my way through all this.

Appropriate reading.

Another snowman -this time with Mommy’s help.

My Aunt Ruthie and Bruce stopped in on their way to Hawaii. Just in time for Daddy’s birthday.

Much more fun on the hands than the paper.

With Daddy, Mommy and Aunt Ruthie.

A gift package came in the mail from Gramma Marion.

Can never have enough stickers!

Or enough body art!

Off for a few days in Abbotsford with Mommy. Gotta study this card- the flight attendant told me so.

Calgary doesn’t look so big from up here.

We visited Mommy’s friend Debbie. She gave me Amanda Panda.

I showed her how to make a Mickey pancake.

The secret is lots of chocolate chips.

Debbie likes reading books almost as much as I do!

She likes bubbles too! These ones even smell like ice cream!

We had lots of fun in Abbotsford. I’m really going to miss Debbie.

Back in Alberta….bad hair day.

This is so easy Daddy, I can do it with one eye closed!

New book and paints from Nana and Papa.

Had a great visit with David Chantler. He helped me build a snow zoo.

This is our giraffe (or is it the hippo?).

We also had to feed the animals in the “barn”.

And all things red.

Art class.

Math class…this is tough stuff!

Helping mom out with the trim finishing in our new house. Still need to work a bit on the cutting in.

Cruizin’ with my friend Brendan.

Try some of mine Brendan – it has a little something extra.

Time for a trim.

Busy daze.

How do you like my handiwork? I think it’s a great improvement.

Painting eggs for the big hunt.

Everyone helped out.

Final touches before hiding.

Either this is an egg or a mouse up here.

I knew there’d be one here.

This one actually had a chick in it!

Pussywillow time.

Spelling class.

Me and my bears.

My serious look.

Having a ball. See you all next time!

    Hi Willow,
You are such a cutie! I bet you are pretty smart, too. I hope to meet you sometime.
