Today we finally left on our fall road trip. We’ve been planning this trip for a long time – ever since I was born!
It’s going to be a long one too, all the way to the east coast (and back!). We expect to be gone until mid November.
Daddy plans to post regular pictures and stories of my adventures here and more trip details on his website at www.scottwarris.com.
We’re calling this trip Venturetour 2006, after mom and dad’s big 2 year world adventure in 1990/91.
I hope you check back often and follow our adventures!
We got an early start, so early I wasn’t even up yet! I woke up somewhere around Drumheller for breakfast.

I guess my bangs had just got too long and mommy didn’t want me eating them anymore……so today I went for my first haircut.
Turns out I’m about the same age as my daddy was when he got his first haircut.
That’s me on the left – just 41 years difference!

We were back in our home province for the month of July dividing our time between Calgary and Crowsnest Pass. It was a busy month that included a visit from my cousin Christopher from Hamilton Ontario and a trip to an old time country jamboree and even a few hail storms.
